⛈ Cancellation Policy

Our Padel courts are outdoors. In the event of (heavy) rain, playing is not possible. Please check the weather forecast in advance.

✅ 100% Refund: For cancellations made 12 hours before booking start time.

❌ No Refund: For cancellations made less than 12 hours before booking start time.

👉 Cancellations must be made directly through our booking system PLAYTOMIC.
ℹ️ Note: The transaction fee of CHF 1.25 is non-refundable.
