Cancellation rules

Please remember that our padel courts are open air and cannot be played in (heavy) rain.
Please check the weather forecast in good time.

100% refund* for cancellations up to 12 hours before the start of the booking.
Please note that the cancellation must be made independently in our booking system PLAYTOMIC.

Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded.

*The transaction fee of CHF 1.25 will not be refunded.
